What this driver has to change for the agnostic structure (NAPALM/napalm-device-types docs/STRUCTURE.md (NAPALM/napalm-device-types#37), epic NetOrk/netork#1105).

get_health_metrics stub that raises (~225-227) and its HealthMetricsDict import go.
get_radio_info stub: the contract name is get_radio_status; a leftover from the AP base.
Tracked artefacts: 3 .pyc, 6 *.egg-info/* although .gitignore lists them: git rm --cached.

Size: small. Needs: NAPALM/napalm-device-types#32.
