LinuxDriver now mixes in ServiceClustersMixin from napalm-device-types 4.17.0 (NAPALM/napalm-device-types#47). get_service_clusters() reads three kinds of cluster configuration from the host itself:
Patroni: its members and their roles.
adguardhome-sync: its origin and its replicas.
BunkerWeb: the manager a worker takes its configuration from.
That is the evidence that two hosts run one service, rather than merely answering at one address (NetOrk/netork#1125).
_run_service_clusters_command carries the shared command on an exec channel, root first, just like _run_virtual_ips_command. The dependency moves to napalm-device-types>=4.17.0, and the version to 0.10.0.
Tests: two new tests in the style of the virtual IP tests (exec channel, falling back to unprivileged when sudo refuses). The full suite passes (206).

LinuxDriver mixes in napalm-device-types' ServiceClustersMixin (4.17.0):
get_service_clusters() reads Patroni's members and roles, adguardhome-sync's
origin and replicas and a BunkerWeb worker's manager from the host's own
configuration -- the evidence that two hosts run one service, not merely
answer at one address (NetOrk/netork#1125). _run_service_clusters_command
carries the shared command on an exec channel, root first, like the virtual
IPs' one.
