pyproject.toml does not list napalm-device-types, which the code imports; CI only works because it installs it by hand. git ls-files tracks 7 .pyc files and 6 *.egg-info/* files, and there is no .gitignore. Fix: add the dependency, git rm --cached the artefacts, add a .gitignore.
