Adopt the NAPALM driver standard (https://git.netork.io/NAPALM/driver-standard, STANDARDS.md). Epic: NAPALM/driver-standard#2.

Pilot, in progress: NAPALM/napalm-device-types#52.

Found along the way

  • napalm_device_types.ssh_server stages through /tmp/netork-ssh.* and .netork-tmp. STANDARDS.md §3 says a driver never names its consumer: own issue, not part of this PR.
