Agnostic structure: no SNMP collection, facts instead of a warning #1

What this driver has to change for the agnostic structure (NAPALM/napalm-device-types docs/STRUCTURE.md (NAPALM/napalm-device-types#37), epic NetOrk/netork#1105).

  • RedfishDriver and IpmiDriver mix in HealthMetricsMixin themselves (0.2.1). That goes; if a BMC's net-snmp needs other OIDs, an SNMP_HEALTH_PROFILE (NAPALM/napalm-device-types#32).
  • get_device_warnings (bmc_license_required) becomes a fact (the missing licenses).
  • REBOOT_SETTLE_SECONDS = 180 moves to the application.
  • Docstrings: "Raw signals for netOrk's warning catalog"; 7 netOrk mentions.

Size: small. Needs: NAPALM/napalm-device-types#32, NAPALM/napalm-device-types#34.

Prio P3.

Status 2026-10-18, checked against the pin on NetOrk/netork main.

Done: get_licenses() with withholds (0.5.0); netOrk derives both license warnings (NetOrk/netork#1152).

Rest:

  • get_device_warnings still names the license codes next to get_licenses() (BMC session).
  • HealthMetricsMixin mixed in by RedfishDriver, IpmiDriver and BmcDriver themselves.
  • REBOOT_SETTLE_SECONDS (NAPALM/napalm-device-types#34).
