lldp_mixin.py ~29-51: a new Interface: block only does setdefault(current_iface, []), and SysName then overwrites [-1]. A neighbour without SysName is dropped. The parser is to move to napalm-unix's lldpctl parser (NAPALM/napalm-device-types#35).
