Christian Manivong 571d9abb5f style: ruff format and the lint rules of the driver standard
Mechanical: ruff format, and ruff check --fix with the rule set every NAPALM
driver uses (E, F, I, UP, B at line length 100, Python 3.10). What ruff
cannot fix comes in the next commit.

The fixture is what gw-01 and gw-02 answered on 2026-10-16: Kea in hot standby
(gw primary, gw-02 standby) and gw-01 pushing its configuration, Kea and
Unbound included, to gw-02.
