feat: declare USES_SSH = False
CI / test (3.10) (push) Failing after 6s
CI / test (3.11) (push) Failing after 7s
CI / test (3.9) (push) Failing after 7s
CI / test (3.12) (push) Failing after 17s

Everything this driver does runs over the OPNsense REST API; there is no SSH
session. netOrk kept that fact in two hardcoded driver-name sets on its side
(netork#113) and now reads it from the driver.
