Adopt the NAPALM driver standard (https://git.netork.io/NAPALM/driver-standard, STANDARDS.md). Epic: NAPALM/driver-standard#2.

Pilot, in progress: NAPALM/napalm-linux#38.

Found along the way

  • /tmp/netork-stage.* names the consumer (STANDARDS.md §3): own issue. napalm_linux.linux is exempt from strict mypy with 21 errors, some of them attr-defined/union-attr, which look like real bugs.
