get_health_metrics (procurve.py ~1309-1353) reads _HP_MEM_USED = "1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.5.1.1.2.1.1.1.6.1" and computes used / total. In NETSWITCH-MIB hpLocalMemEntry, column 5 is TotalBytes, 6 FreeBytes and 7 AllocBytes, so the percentage would be the free share. To confirm on a switch (snmpwalk … 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.5.1.1.2.1.1.1). The collection itself moves to the application (NAPALM/napalm-device-types#32); the profile must then name the right column.
