napalm-device-types 4.7.0 renamed OSDriver.get_users to get_os_users (BREAKING CHANGE): NAPALM's own get_users has a different shape and a runtime stub, so hasattr could not tell the two apart.
BsdDriver.get_users (napalm_bsd/base.py) returns the OS user list and must become get_os_users when this driver moves to napalm-device-types >= 4.7.0. Update the tests with it.
Not live yet: netOrk still pins napalm-device-types at e58b65a (4.5.1).
Priority: P3 (needed for the pin bump).
